Luca is a Polish mountain dog of 14 years and weighs 41 kg. In recent years he's had more and more age-related troubles: stiff joints, slipping on the floor, and the stairs had been a bridge too far for months. We helped him up and down every time, but at our age that's no longer ideal either. Friends had had Dog Socky for a while and recommended it. The first two days were clearly an adjustment: he kept trying to take the socks off himself and walked a bit oddly. But on day three something seemed to click. He started walking more and was less cautious with every step. Yesterday morning we heard him coming up the stairs. By himself. Without us having helped him. We know socks aren't a miracle cure and that he's 14. But the anti-slip gives him confidence in his own body, and we see a piece of the old playful Luca returning.

We bought these socks for our golden retriever after we had our wooden floor sanded. The contractor recommended letting the dog wear socks for at least 30 days while the coating cured. After four weeks of daily use we know enough. They're easy to put on. The material stretches, the nubs are all around so there's no right side, and the elastic strap is sewn onto the sock itself. The grip on the smooth floor was good. But the socks are fragile with intensive use. In four weeks we went through 3 sets. For short indoor use they do more than they promise. For longer outdoor use I'd keep looking.

Bought for my almost 15-year-old Welsh Terrier. We have polished concrete floors at home and noticed he was starting to slip a bit and moving less surely. I expected him to hate the socks, but he has no trouble with them at all. He literally ran through the whole house to try them out, corners and all. Size M fits perfectly.

My 10-year-old golden retriever has arthrosis and constantly slips on the parquet. We first ordered size M, but those were too tight. Customer service sent a size larger for free. Indoors they're perfect. But after 2 weeks of also romping outside in the woods we saw the first wear. For indoor use they're great.

The best dog socks there are. My 12-year-old husky finally has grip on the smooth floor without risk of slipping. When he wears them, I no longer have to worry about him falling.

Great product! I have a 13-year-old senior dog with arthrosis who slipped on the wooden floor. As soon as I put these socks on, he seemed like a new dog. They stay in place well and he seems to have much more confidence. 4 stars, because the top is quite tight, which makes putting them on a bit harder. Otherwise a wonderful product.
