Luca is a 14-year-old Polish Tatra Sheepdog and weighs 41 kg. In recent years, he has increasingly suffered from age-related ailments: stiff joints, slipping on the floor, and the stairs had been an insurmountable obstacle for months. We helped him up and down every time, but that's not ideal for our age either. Friends had been using Dog Socky for a while and recommended it. For the first two days, he clearly had to get used to them: he kept trying to take the socks off himself and walked a bit awkwardly. But on day three, something seemed to click. He started walking more and was less cautious with each step. Yesterday morning, we heard him coming up the stairs. By himself. Without us having helped him. We bought these socks for our Golden Retriever after having our hardwood floor refinished. The contractor recommended the dog wear socks for at least 30 days while the coating cured. After four weeks of daily use, we know enough. They are easy to put on. The material is stretchy, the nubs are all around so there's no right way up, and the elastic Velcro strap is sewn onto the sock itself. The grip on the slick floor was good. However, the socks are fragile with intensive use. In four weeks, we went through 3 sets. For short-term indoor use, they exceed expectations. For longer outdoor use, I would look for something else.

Bought for my almost 15-year-old Welsh Terrier. We have polished concrete floors at home and noticed he was starting to slip and move less confidently. I expected him to hate the booties, but he has no problem with them at all. He literally ran all over the house to try them out, turns and all. Size M fits perfectly.

Indoors, they're perfect. But after 2 weeks of romping around in the woods outdoors, we started seeing the first signs of wear. For indoor use, they're excellent.

Top product! I have a 13-year-old senior dog with arthritis who was slipping on the wooden floor. As soon as I put these socks on, he seemed like a new dog. They stay on well and he seems to have much more confidence. 4 stars, because the top is quite tight, which makes putting them on a bit more difficult. Otherwise, a great product.
